For webinars, once you make the payment, there is no refund or return policy.

On courses, once you make the payment, there is no refund or return policy.

Once you have attended the session, webinar, or online class, there is no refund after the session or no refund for the remaining classes of the same course. Once you make the payment, there is no refund or return policy. Money cannot be refunded if you opt for the EMI option. The course will be stopped, and no certificate will be provided by the organisation in case the EMI is not paid. We follow a non-refundable and non-cancellation policy in the EMI process, so no refund will be provided to clients, customers, or any third-party vendors. ICS holds the complete right to stop the course at any time, and no certification will be provided in case of EMI cancellation or delay in payment.

All services are non-refundable; tests, materials, workshops, and webinars cannot be claimed under this refund policy.

Advance payment is mandatory to book a consultation or to register for any course.

If your remaining payment is not made before the commencement of classes, our team will remove you from the batch until your full payment is processed.
